Personal retreats in Cirali are offered as individual immersions, usually 2 to 4 days.
The schedule — or the absence of a fixed schedule — is decided together, according to your personal needs and preferences. Rather than following a predetermined structure, time together unfolds through ongoing contact and conversation.
These retreats are not designed as programs. They offer an opportunity to slow down, step out of habitual pace, and spend a few days in closer contact with yourself, your body, and your environment, with support.
